i want to freeze this moment of satisfaction and tired happiness: for past 3 hours straight i have engaged in three different intense conversations with close friends, deep thoughts and words tumbling over each other until my fingers ache from typing furiously and my throat dry from talking. it has been quite a while since i conversed like this! - how i miss those secondary school days of calling on the phone, talking about everything anything nothing in particular. cindy, at least, after all these years, we have had our first full conversation over the phone!

tomorrow morning it is back to changi airport, this time saying goodbye does not feel quite as difficult, because i am sure you will be back in no time at all (:
