it has been two slightly crazy days, i have been pottering about doing school-things like presentations, projects and interviews. yesterday night was an extensive meeting with Pumpfest: i am always amazed when i see other committees at work, their group dynamics and so forth. all these ODAC committee meetings i have been to, none of them have ever been run the same way. most of the time i sat there just marvelling at their open loud and challenging style; our publicity committee has generally been a very subdued and nice affair.

last night's walk alone after the meeting was the best: i navigated my way through streetlamps and wet roads, all golden and glowing. at one point i almost grew uncertain of my path when i have been walking in school endlessly during lessons - the landscape looks completely different at night! i skipped a bit to the music when no one was looking, particularly this carnival-style jazz tune. it was wonderful this tiny bit of solitude among all the madness.
